Travel To Monteverde Cloud Forest

Monteverde Cloud Forest The cloud forest named for the ephemeral mists that always envelop them. Costa Rica’s cloud forests are typically found at elevations above 3,500 feet. One of the highlights in Monte Verde reserve is to spot the gorgeous Quetzal, one of the most beautiful birds of the world. Be sure to visit the canopy before leaving the cloud forest.

Visit Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve!
Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve protects over 100 species of mammals, 400 species of birds and 1,200 species of amphibians and reptiles. Here you might be able to spot a jaguar, ocelot, puma, margay, oncilla and jaguarondi. The reserve has 8 miles of trails for hiking and walking. Only 120 people are allowed on the trails at one time.

Travel To Montezuma & Cocolito Waterfalls
Montezuma & Cocolito Waterfalls is known as the center for healing and is the home of the International Film Festival annual November extravaganza. Costa Rica is located in a tropical zone with tall mountains and volcanoes which allows all the streams and rivers to flow downwards toward the sea giving us many breath taking waterfalls. Montezuma is also the home of two such wonderful waterfalls, one of which is cascading.

Manuel Antonio Beach A beautiful, small beach town, located on the Pacific coast. Because it’s located at the base of a wooded mountainside, there is a lot of wildlife to see, including the white faced Capuchin monkey!
