Tropical Paradise Bed & Breakfast

Our B&B is located in the Northern part of Costa Rica , 2 hours and 20 minutes from the Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose.  We recommend arriving early in the afternoon to San Jose, so you will be able to enjoy the beautiful drive through  the mountains to our home, the B&B.  Our home is 2300 sq. ft., with 4 bedrooms and two complete bathrooms for our guests ( maximum 2 adults per room).  Smoking is not allowed in the house. The view to the south is mountains where you can see the Poas Volcano crater.  To the west is a view of Arenal Volcano, only a 50 minute drive away . The area around our home is the green countryside with a mountain stream behind and a small grove of yellow Bamboos; the tropical garden area, larger than one acre, is full of fruit trees and various ornamental tropical plants and trees, including individual fields to play soccer and volleyball. 

Daily we hear monkeys in the distance, see parakeets, tucans, many other birds, and sometimes we have a lazy tree sloth hanging in our trees around the perimeter

 Who own the B&B?

Henry was born and raised in this north-central part of Costa Rica.  Michelle was born and raised in north-central Wisconsin, in the small town of Clintonville,-Wisconsin, U.S.A
